SPECIES TYPES

there are two different breeds of squeak, domestic and wild

DOMESTIC

Domestic squeaks are much smaller then wild squeaks ranging from 8"-12" in height.
They have much smaller bodies, larger ears, longer/fluffier tails and much larger dewlaps.
Domestic squeaks are types who have been domesticated by people, they are typically kept as "pets" or buddies to keep their owner company.

WILD SQUEAK

This is an example of a wild squeak, they are much larger them domestics, they range from 15"-20".
They live out in the wild in colonies and typically dislike other species as they tend to be very territorial of their homes.

SUB SPECIES TYPES

As squeaks have evolved they have taken some different forms and even adapted to their environments with new traits! Here are the current known sub species.
( though examples are shown as domestic squeaks sub species can be both domestic and wild)

AQUATIC

aquatic squeaks are just as they sound, they typically live in rivers or oceans, so if you want to keep one as a pet make sure to get a nice aquarium for them!!

GOOEY SQUEAKS

These little slime babies typically live in very humid environments, such as the rainforest or tropical places, they prefer much higher temperatures, the slime they secrete is used to keep their skin moist and smooth, some can even be toxic!!

SOME SPECIES INFO

WHY ARE EPIC TRIATS NOT FTU?
simple! epic traits come from god squeaks, any squeak with an epic trait is considered to be a demigod and therefor a child or descendent of said god. This is why epic traits are PTU because they are considered very rare and special! There are many different god squeaks in their universe, gods of plants, money, underworlds ect, and if a squeak is born with one of these traits they usually have much more magic then a regular squeak and are considered very powerful, this usually leads to them being worshipped or perhaps feared.

CAN I ADD TRIATS THAT ARENT ON THIS LIST?
yes! as long as they are not epic traits this is fine, the traits that i have set up right now are meant to be added to, so if you want something on your squeak that isn't there go for it!

CAN MY SQUEAK HAVE PUPILS?
unfortunately no, as their solid eyes are one of their main identifying traits they cannot have pupils and must remain solid colored!

their eyes are only solid colors
They are on average about 1-2ft tall standing.
They are nocturnal.
Their diet consists of mostly bugs and fruit.
They can have up to 10 kids at once.
They can live for thousands of years.
The fluff in their ears actually count as sensory hairs , so they can feel with them!
They can use their tail to lift themselves off the ground and hang off branches.
